Mats are supplied for you to lay down on. You will need to bring a pillow, two blankets, (one for underneath you and one for on top of you), and a water bottle.
Chairs are available if you prefer to sit. How you rest is personal and entirely up to you.
Dressing in comfortable clothing is important.
